We aim to post your purchase within 1 to 3 working days from receipt of order by 1st Class post. Delivery time: 1– 3 days following dispatch.
Please allow 5-10 working days for personalised items. Once printed and packaged, personalised picture frames are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ellie and Liv will notify you of dispatch.
Delivery is worked out per item. All small items are sent out Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Personalised item are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Single cards £0.62 per item
Card packs (e.g. invitations and thank you packs) £1.24 per item
All of our personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Should you wish to return a product, please notify us by email (email@example.com) detailing the reason you wish to return the product.
Unless faulty, products must be returned at your expense in the same condition that they have been received. Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of posting.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered. Please contract us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Ellie and Liv immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours (this timescale may be longerif the item is personalised and requires a reprint). Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back to you via paypal.
